“Continuously great food and wonderful service! We have eaten here so many times and each time the food is consistently delicious. My favorite meal is the Enchiladas Suiza’s and my boyfriend always orders the steak and shrimp fajitas. The margaritas are wonderful!”

"By far our favorite Mexican place. The food is delicious and there is plenty of options. The staff is really friendly. The Puerto Vallarta chimichanga is unique and great. I also really like the kids menu which comes with a drink and dessert."

"It was terrific! I had the shrimp fajitas, which were very fresh and excellent, and we also had tableside guacamole, one of my favorite foods. Everything was delicious, the service was friendly and fast and the ambience is very classy and enjoyable. I am looking forward to eating here often."

"It's pretty rare when a restaurant hits all the high points...but tonight at Carlos Miguel's was one of those times. The food was delicious and came out super fast. Was right up there with my favorite Carnitas from Southern California. The chef(s) were able to accommodate my request to make them "crispy" and they came out perfect."

"Just discovered this gem of a restaurant last week before a concert at Red Rocks. It was amazing. Delicious patron silver margarita, heavenly carnitas, and table side guacamole. They were so friendly and we enjoyed every minute of our experience. I only wish we lived closer."
